Osman Mekki has over 24 years of international experience as he has practiced in a number of jurisdictions and worked on a number of prominent international transactions and arbitrations.

Prior to the Firm, Osman was a partner a number of successful and vibrant practices in Qatar and in Sudan,

 

With the Firm, Osman is involved primarily in assisting clients with large-scale upstream and downstream oil and gas transactions both contentious and noncontentious. In addition, he is also actively involved in counseling clients on dispute resolution,  mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance as well as corporate/commercial practice matters.
